Vaisakhi London 2025

a great afternoon in London Trafalgar Square today we managed to get some great images of the visitors to the festival today Vaisakhi, also known as Baisakhi, is a major Sikh festival that celebrates the founding of the Khalsa in 1699 by Guru Gobind Singh. It's a spring harvest festival celebrated on April 13 or 14 each year, marking the beginning of the solar year and the start of the harvest in the Punjab region of India. Vaisakhi is also a time for community, social gatherings, and the sharing of food (langar).
